Liebe alle Studierende!
Der Fördererkreis der Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig e.V. hat freundlicherweise einen Nothilfefonds für finanziell besonders stark von der Corona-Pandemie getroffene Studierende eingerichtet. Für diese Nothilfe können sich alle Studierenden bewerben, die nachweislich durch die Corona-Pandemie in eine finanzielle Notlage geraten sind.
Solltet ihr euch in einer finanziellen Notlage befinden, die nicht als direkte Auswirkung der Corona-Pandemie verstanden werden kann, empfehlen wir euch, bei der Sozialberatungsstelle des Studentenwerks OstNiedersachsens vorstellig zu werden. Alle Informationen und Sprechzeiten findet ihr hier.
Im Anhang findet ihr die vom AStA erarbeiteten Vergaberichtlinien und den ebenfalls vom AStA erarbeiteten Antrag auf Zuwendung aus dem Nothilfefonds des Fördererkreises der HBK Braunschweig e.V. Wir haben uns Mühe gegeben den Antrag so niedrigschwellig wie möglich zu halten, um vor allem auch denjenigen Studierenden helfen zu können, die von anderen Hilfsprogrammen nicht berücksichtigt werden.
Das Geld soll nach einem Sozialmodell vergeben werden. Das heißt, dass es nicht eine bestimmte Anzahl an Zuwendungen in einer bestimmten Höhe geben wird. Stattdessen vermerkt ihr in eurem Antrag die Höhe des Betrages, welchen ihr voraussichtlich zur Überwindung eurer Notlage benötigt. Dieser Wert darf 800€ nicht übersteigen.
Du fühlst dich angesprochen und möchtest einen Antrag stellen? So geht es:
- Lies die Vergaberichtlinien im Anhang durch.
- Fülle den Antrag im Anhang aus.
- Sende den ausgefüllten Antrag und deine Kontoauszüge der letzten 4 Monate (aller Konten, inklusive PayPal), bis zum 05.09.2020 (Update: für zweite Antragsrunde bis zum 15.11.2020) an nothilfe@hbk-bs.de
Bitte beschreibe uns im Antrag detailliert wie sich deine finanzielle Situation durch die Corona-Pandemie verschlechtert hat. Gib bitte außerdem an ob du bereits andere Hilfen beantragt hast, ob diesem Antrag stattgegeben wurde, und ggf. warum du nicht berücksichtigt wurdest.
Die Anträge werden nach Ablauf der Frist im AStA, ohne Ansicht des Namens der antragstellenden Person, besprochen und entschieden. Sollte euer Antrag angenommen werden, werden eure Daten zur Nachvollziehbarkeit intern im AStA gespeichert. Name und Kontodaten werden, zwecks Überweisung, an den Fördererkreis übermittelt und dort in der Buchhaltung vermerkt. Sollte euer Antrag abgelehnt werden, werden eure übermittelten Daten gelöscht sobald wir euch über die Ablehnung informiert haben.

Dear all students!
The Fördererkreis der Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig e.V. kindly set up an emercency aid fund to help students that have been financially affected by the corona pandemic. All students at HBK Braunschweig, that can prove to be in financial distress as a direct consequence of the corona pandemic, can apply.
Should you be struggling financially for other reasons than due to the pandemic please do not apply. We recommend you to contact the social helpdesk at Studentenwerk OstNiedersachsen instead. All information and office hours can be found here.
The application form and guidelines for distibution of the Fördererkreis funds that the general students committee (AStA) prepared are attached to this mail. We tried to make the application process as simple as possible. We designed the guidelines so that the funds are easily accessible for every one, and to especially help students that do not qualify for other financial relief programs.
The money will be given out based on a social model. That means you can choose yourself which amount you want to apply for (up to 800€). You will tell us in your application how much money you need to overcome your financial crisis.
You can prove to be in financial distress due to the corona pandemic and would like to apply for financial help from the emergency aid fund of the Fördererkreis? These are the next steps:
- Read the application guideline
- Fill out the application form.
- Send your application and bank account statements of the last 4 months (all bank accounts including PayPal) until 05.09.2020 (Update: For second round of applications until November 15, 2020) to nothilfe@hbk-bs.de
In your application please detail how your financial situation changed due to the corona pandemic. Please also note whether you applied for other financial relief programs and whether or not, and why you did not receive them.
The applications will only be reviewed by the AStA after the deadline has ended. During the review process your application remains anonymously and we will only be looking at your statements.
Once the application has been approved we will contact the Fördererkreis for distribution of the funds. Your personal information and data will be stored internally with the AStA. Only your name and bank account details will be shared with the Fördererkreis which stores them for bookkeeping.
If your application is rejected we will delete all personal information and data that you sent us after you have been notified of the rejection.
